Never heard of cardoncelli mushrooms? Neither had we, until we went on a quest to find the best mushroom Italy had to offer. After weeks of searching, we found the perfect pairing to our classic base. If you love mushrooms, this is a must-try; you won’t find anything like this outside of Italy.

INGREDIENTS

Soft wheat flour, mozzarella, tomato puree, water, cardoncelli mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, yeast, oregano.

  
  

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to ​220°C (conventional), 210°C (convection) or 4-5 (gas).

Remove the carton and plastic film. 

Bake the pizza directly on the bottom rack of the oven for 5-7 minutes in a conventional or convection oven and 4-6 in a gas oven.
