HOT SALAME

 

Our hot salame is a lean sausage from Calabria that’s cured for at least 60 days. It's perfectly piccante, and paired with our mozzarella cheese - well, it doesn’t get much better than this.

ingredients

Premium wheat flour, mozzarella, tomato puree, water, calabrian spinata, milk, salt, extra virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, sugar, oregano. 

 

cooking instructions

Preheat your oven to ​220°C (conventional), 210°C (convection) or 4-5 (gas). Remove the carton and plastic film.  Bake the pizza directly on the bottom rack of the oven for 5-7 minutes in a conventional or convection oven and 4-6 in a gas oven.
