All of the flavourful goodness of a margherita, with braids of mozzarella and bufala. A specialty that can only be found in Italy, bufala is a cheese handmade from milk of a buffalo, adding extra creaminess to every bite. Mozzarella is the Margherita with a little extra umpf.
Premium wheat flour, mozzarella, tomato puree, water, bufala mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, milk, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sugar, oregano.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (conventional), 210°C (convection) or 4-5 (gas). Remove the carton and plastic film. Bake the pizza directly on the bottom rack of the oven for 5-7 minutes in a conventional or convection oven and 4-6 in a gas oven.
