It all started with a bite of focaccia
On a trip to Italy, our founder met with one of the countries pioneer plants for flash-freezing: the latest, state-of-the-art technology that bakes then freezes goods in minutes, locking in its freshness and taste. As soon as he took his first bite, he blown away. It was as good as la panetteria next door. It was soon afterwards, he knew he had to share it with the world - but in a bigger and better way.
He assembled a team and spent months working with suppliers and pizzaiolos, finessing the recipe to make the perfect pizza. The end result - ten incredible flavours, all so delicious you won't believe it was ever frozen. Since then, we've expanded with new varieties and additional products, including calzones and focaccias.
