Our dough is PUMOs "secret sauce" - it's what makes our pizzas so delicious, you can instantly tell us apart from all other frozen pizza brands. We've combined a proprietary blend of Italy's finest flour, all of which have been distilled to the maximum grade, before leavening them for 24 hours. Each pizza is then individually hand-pressing by our pizzaiolo to give you the perfect pizza crust. It's how we manage to get such a soft, airy dough that's hard to find outside a pizzeria.
