Want to sample Italy’s finest cheeses without leaving your couch? This is your pizza. A rich blue cheese and smoky pecorino blended together with two types mozzarella; it’s that special kind of pizza that’s melt-in-your-mouth good.

ingredients

Premium wheat flour, mozzarella, smoked mozzarella, water, gorgonzola DOP, pecorino cheese, milk, salt, extra virgin olive oil, yeast. 

 

cooking instructions

Preheat your oven to ​220°C (conventional), 210°C (convection) or 4-5 (gas). Remove the carton and plastic film.  Bake the pizza directly on the bottom rack of the oven for 5-7 minutes in a conventional or convection oven and 4-6 in a gas oven.
